• Account data: name, email, organization details, authentication identifiers.
• Customer Data: business records you enter into Zivvy (CRM, orders, etc.). We process this as a service provider for your organization.
• Billing data: subscription plan, seat counts, and Polar customer/subscription identifiers. Payment card data is handled by Polar; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage & device data: logs, IP address, browser type, approximate location, feature usage for security and product improvement.
• Cookies: as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. How we use information

• Provide, secure, and support the Zivvy service
• Authenticate users and enforce plan / seat limits
• Process subscriptions and communicate billing events via Polar
• Improve product performance and reliability
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your location, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (certain cookies/marketing), and legal obligation. Indian users may contact us for access or correction requests under applicable Indian data protection rules.

5. Sharing

We share personal information with:

• Polar — payments, invoicing, subscription management
• Infrastructure providers — hosting, email delivery, monitoring (under contract)
• Professional advisors / authorities — when required by law or to protect rights

We do not sell personal information.

6. International transfers

Data may be processed in India and other countries where our subprocessors operate. We take reasonable contractual and technical measures appropriate to the transfer.

7. Retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You may request deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; please use strong passwords and limit seat access.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Organization admins control Customer Data inside Zivvy. Contact contact@vestcodes.com.

10. Children

Zivvy is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
