Getting started
Create your account in minutes and choose the setup that fits your team.
- Start at /login#signup with your work email.
- Choose your preferred datacenter during signup: India, EU, or US.
- Confirm your email and sign in to your Zivvy workspace.
- Add teammates and scale seats as your team grows.
Plans & upgrades
Zivvy is billed monthly per active seat.
- Free — CRM-focused starter for new teams.
- Pro — $15 / user / month — expanded finance and operations tools.
- Business — $25 / user / month — advanced workflows and priority support.
Upgrade steps:
- Sign in and open /app/billing.
- Choose Pro or Business and select seat quantity.
- Complete checkout and return to Billing to confirm your plan.
- Use the billing portal to update payment method, invoices, and subscription settings.
Billing basics
- You are charged monthly based on the active seats in your workspace.
- Plan changes are reflected in your Billing page after checkout.
- Cards are handled by our billing partner using secure checkout flows.
